What do I need to bring at pick-up?

The QR code you received by email (on your phone is fine) and a valid ID document.

Can I return at a different location?

Yes, where available. Any transfer fee is shown in the summary before payment.

Is insurance mandatory?

No, it is optional: you can add it in the configurator to cover equipment damage and theft.
