Rental terms and conditions

These terms govern the rental of winter sports equipment booked through Demo Rental between Rental shop — Piazza della Neve 1, 00000 Località (IT) — P.IVA/VAT IT00000000000 (“the rental company”) and the customer.

The booking is confirmed once payment is received; you will get a confirmation email with the QR code for pick-up. Prices are in euro and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Extras and insurance are always optional and are only added if you choose them.

A valid ID document is required at pick-up. Equipment must be returned by the date and time stated in the booking, at the chosen location. Late returns may be charged as additional days according to the current price list.

You can change or cancel your booking from your account within the time limits shown at purchase. As these are leisure services for a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16(l) Directive 2011/83/EU). For assistance: info@example.com.

The customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental. Damage beyond normal wear, loss or theft are charged according to the price list displayed at the location, unless covered by optional insurance. Any deposits are shown in the booking.
